Shipping and returns

Do you want to make a return or request a refund?

No problem... follow the instructions below to understand how to proceed with your request. It only takes 2 minutes.

Don't like the product(s)? Follow these steps:

  1. Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed the order).

  2. Contact us via the support icon at the bottom right or write an email to info@visionplates.com with your return request and the order number.

  3. We will handle your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. As soon as the package arrives, we will immediately refund your money.

Note: shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense. Once used, the product will no longer be eligible for return.

Did the product(s) arrive defective? Follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the defective product illustrating the problem as precisely as possible (2-3 photos/videos are also fine).

  2. Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed the order).

  3. Send us photos and order number to our email info@visionplates.com

We will take a look at your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. As soon as the package arrives, we will immediately refund your money.
